Transformer and Control-Unit for Dodgem-Tracks

This facility is an advanced version 2007/08 of our 2005 developed electronic reverser.

We only use industry-standard components with extremely high reliability and excellent efficiency.

    Rated Power:    30..70kVA at 100VDC (about 22-50 dodgems)

    Nominal Voltage: 0...100V stepless adjustable
                automatic voltage regulation under varying loads

    Fault protected:    against Short Sircuit
                against Phase failure     (Errormessage in Display)
                against connection-fault by electrician
                against high temperature

    Rejector: by second Rectifier without mecanical Switch

    Control: Program controlled with following Properties:
                - 3 Modes (Full-Automatic, Half-Automatic, Hand)
                - „Double-Ride-Function“
                - easyly and flexible handling with less Buttons
                - mature technology with PLC program control
                - Messages and advertisements on display
                - Overload setting, depending on the number of used cars
                - external Foot-switches connectable
